All 21 (and counting!) of Marv’s fresh sausages are ‘home-made’ in house from scratch using only the freshest ingredients. Our fresh sausages are 100% ‘all-natural:’ no preservatives, no additives, no fillers! The pork and chicken breast in all of our sausages is ground fresh in-house for every batch. |

Marv’s flavored Ground Round Burgers are hand-made from our famous fresh ground round (if you’ve ever had a burger at Champ’s Pub in Brighton you’ve had Marv’s ground round). Unlike most, if not all, of the ‘big box’ stores our ground round is not pre-ground at a remote location, shipped to the store and then re-ground. Our ground round is made from whole muscle and trim that we process in-store every day. Burgers are approximately 1/3 lb. |
